THE PROBLEM 

Men are often alone.

The spiritual landscape is changing.

• 90% of boys who are raised in church will abandon it by their 20th birthday. Most will never return. Generations of young men might be lost.
• 6% of Millennials in the United States population, both men and women, have a biblical worldview (15 million people). This is a dramatic decline.
• Younger generations, including Millennials and Generation Z, have 37% lower receptivity and alignment to a biblical worldview than Boomers.

The marketplace is shifting.

• 10,000 Baby Boomers retire every day.
• The generation known as the Millennials is the largest group in the marketplace with Generation Z quickly emerging in the workforce.

We seek, equip, and develop men in the marketplace who will shepherd other men as Paul did with Timothy. (2 Timothy 2:2)
