About 2019 Speakers
Pete Ochs, Founder and Chairman of Capitall III Investment Co. and author of the book, A High Impact Life. He is also Founder of Enterprise Stewardship, a proven leadership philosophy that equips marketplace leaders with resources to transform their personal life and business enterprise.
Over two decades ago Pete Ochs experienced a significant personal transformation. He realized he was successful but not satisfied. He brought his personal transformation to his business and created his triple bottom line philosophy of generating economic, social, and spiritual capital into all his business enterprises. Dustin Doll is the founder and CEO of Accord Group, a home services company with headquarters in Lee’s Summit, MO. With only one location in 2010, Accord now has 196 full-time employees in 14 locations across the US. Accord Group was recently awarded Inc. Magazine's 2018 Inc. 5000 list as the 22nd fastest-growing private company in Kansas City. Dustin was honored to be a 2018 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year regional finalist – the top 28th regional finalist out of the 7-state region. He and his wife, Noelle, have three children.

At age 30, she started her first business where she has developed and led a sales team of several hundred ladies. Her passion for leadership comes through in her desire and success in developing key leaders within her organization that places her in the Top 10 Executive Directors in her company.
For 7 years Gayla has participated as a Certified Speaker and Coach with the John Maxwell Team where she has executed Mastermind groups for corporations and small businesses. She enjoys speaking at churches and inspiring the women to cling tight to the promises that God has for each one of them.
Proverbs 16:9 is her life verse and as a recent breast cancer survivor she knows that the Lord has chosen her to be challenged and changed through this diagnosis. She is fiercely committed to serving others and honoring God in all she does.
Jim Wise, Senior Partner and Senior Private Wealth Advisor for Private Wealth division of Ronald Blue Trust. Jim has served in the financial services industry for thirty-four years. Professional designations include Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy, Certified Wealth Strategist, Certified Kingdom Advisor, Chartered Financial Consultant and Chartered Life Underwriter.

Allison D. Garrett became the 17th president of Emporia State University in 2016.
Passionate about higher education, Garrett brought a wealth of experience to Emporia State. Prior to joining Hornet Nation, she worked nearly four years as executive vice president at Abilene Christian University, five years as senior vice president for academic affairs at Oklahoma Christian University and three years as associate professor of law at Faulkner University.
Before pursuing a career in higher education, Garrett spent 16 years as an attorney, including two years as a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission attorney and 10 years with Walmart Stores, Inc., where she rose from corporate counsel to vice president and general counsel of the corporate division. She also served as the vice president for Benefits Compliance and Planning at Walmart.
Garrett earned a bachelor’s degree in English in two years from Oklahoma Christian University, followed by a juris doctorate from the University of Tulsa College of Law and a master of laws degree in securities regulation from Georgetown University Law Center.
Garrett believes in giving back to the community and is active in many professional and community organizations including Leadership Kansas; the Kansas Board of Regents Retirement Committee; American Association of State Colleges and Universities Committee on Professional Development; United Way of the Flint Hills Board of Directors; National Teachers Hall of Fame Board of Directors; Regional Development Association of East Central Kansas Board of Directors; Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association President’s Council; the NCAA Division 2 Presidents’ Council Economic Education and Community Research; Kansas Business Hall of Fame Board of Directors; and Boy Scouts of America Jayhawk Area Council Executive Board.
A native of Neosho, Missouri, Garrett and her husband, Chip enjoy living in the beautiful city of Emporia. The couple has three children. Their youngest son, Noah is a sophomore in college, daughter Tori is a communications professional living in Edmond, Oklahoma and oldest son, Ethan, is an accountant, who lives in Edmond, with his wife, Danielle.
In her spare time, Garrett enjoys playing golf and fighting for the title of Garrett Family Scrabble Champion.
Phillip Kelley is nationally recognized and highly sought after keynote speaker, team trainer/facilitator and Executive Coach to high performance coaches, athletes and business professionals.
