This is a benefit to his work, his family, and relationships. Operation Timothy is based on 1 & 2 Timothy where the apostle Paul mentored young Timothy. Paul trained Timothy to train others to train others.
CBMC’s discipleship process is a one-on-one mentoring opportunity whereby two men come together to study God’s word, pray, and then apply it to life and business. This is highly relational and involves tremendous personal growth.

What to learn how to find and disciple your own Timothy?
Becoming a Spiritual Reproducer (BSR) is a free small group video-based training series for mature Christians to learn how to become a disciplemaker. There are seven sessions in the series which include a "Disciplemaker's Story" and an Instructional video for each session to help you become a Spiritual Reproducer.
What does it mean to be a Paul?
A “Paul” is a man who mentors another man like the biblical Paul did with Timothy. “You then, my child, be strengthened by the grace that is in Christ Jesus, and what you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses entrust to faithful men who will be able to teach others also…” 2 Timothy 2:1
